PM-Partners is currently seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to take on this 12 month, fixed term position assisting with mapping several critical business functions to align with new APRA regulations in the insurance domain.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering:
- Business Process Flows and Business Process Maps
- High-Level User Stories
- Support for Change and Communication Streams
Location: 3 days on-site North Sydney office with 2 days WFH flexibility
Duration: 12 months fixed term
Fixed Term Salary Package (including super): Negotiable between $160K - $180K
To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following:
- 5+ years proven experience in delivery as a Senior Business Analyst
- 3+ years experience specifically specialising in Business Process analysis
- Six Sigma training / certification (black belt is highly desirable)
- Experience working within the Insurance Domain
- Experience in process mapping to meet new regulatory standards / changes (highly desirable)
- Strong skills and experience with documenting business requirements
- Work directly with and between stakeholders and solution development teams for requirements elicitation and refinement.
- Experienced and confident facilitating workshops and running interviews to executive level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Industry standard BA and Project methodology certifications are highly desired
