About the facility

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong's CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

About the role

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in Barwon South West (BSW) Human Resources Information System (HRIS) project implementation of SAP's SuccessFactors. The project name is People Plus. This role will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. They will capture current and future state processes and conduct comprehensive analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and align them with the capabilities of SuccessFactors. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, IT professionals, and SMEs, to define and document system requirements, conduct gap analysis, and recommend solutions. They will also support the testing and validation of the HRIS, ensuring it meets the established criteria and aligns with industry standards and regulations.
