- Permanent, Hybrid role – 2 days in office & 3 working from home

- Provide a range of coordinated high quality case management services for portfolios under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) and Comcare Regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to improvements through proactively managed relationships, measured performance against expectations and contractual requirements, service standards and best practice delivery.
- Prepare for, and participate in, cyclical events such as audits, claims review meetings, and association meetings.
- Participate in the broader SRC Licensee Association and Committee meetings, such as Education Days, training events, conferences, etc.
- Work in a senior capacity supporting day to day operations through mentorship and leadership activities, strategic and operational support.
- Demonstrated experience in workers compensation case management, within a self-insurance/Comcare environment highly desirable.
- Developed knowledge of workers compensation legislation, with the SRC Act 1988 highly desirable.
