This is an opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Case Manager in the personal injury or workers' compensation space in Perth to step up into a more senior role.

The Role & Portfolio

• You will be working amongst a team who are passionate just like you about achieving positive workers' compensation claims outcomes and working collaboratively together to achieve the best service for the client and injured worker
• Full end-to-end claims management maintaining a mixed claims portfolio 
• Opportunities to work with a self-insurer client to manage their portfolio of claims 
• Take part in training and development opportunities to further enhance your skills and expertise in this sector
• Opportunities for Seniors to provide coaching and mentoring to the more junior members of the team 

About You

• You will be at least an Experienced Case Manager with around 2 + years of experience in end-to-end claims management in workers compensation or personal injury
• Senior Case Managers will have a minimum of 4 years experience in managing a mixed case portfolio
• You will be truly passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes with a genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do 
• You enjoy stepping up and supporting others with mentoring and coaching
• You are a true team player who supports peers and loves helping others
