Mirrors Care is a WA registered NDIS service provider who is dedicated to providing person centered Care. We partner with forty West Australians with disabilities aged between 10 and 67 in providing daily living skills, supported independent Living, respite, specialist support coordination and community wellness activities.
Mirrors Care exists to support people with a disability to take practical, life-transforming actions to live their best lives.
We listen to our participants so we can understand their dreams and schemes. What they would love to do more of, less of, or differently. We work with our participants and the people they love and trust, figure things out together. We then ensure we provide the right supports, at the right time at the right place.
