What we need from you:

• A successful history in managing workers compensation claims (ideally in front end but tail also considered)
• A strong understanding of current workers compensation legislation in Victoria 
• Excellent and sustainable RTW outcomes achieved
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Ideally experienced in managing a corporate portfolio (but not essential)
• A genuine desire to assist injured workers to get back to pre-injury health
