THE ROLE
  • Manage an end-to-end portfolio of physical and psychological workers compensation claims across the NSW and QLD legislation 
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders to gather information
  • Make liability decisions on claims and communicate effectively
  • Coordinate medical treatment where necessary
  • Conduct strategic file reviews with key internal stakeholders
  • Give input into monthly meetings with stakeholders to drive outcomes
  • Build lasting relationships with company line managers
ABOUT YOU
  • 3+ years workers compensation claims experience essential
  • Allied Health background desired.
  • Effective and proactive communicator.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
