The Role….
We are looking for a Snr CDP / Jnr Souswho is ready to combine their creativity, with their natural leadership skills to help drive the offer at The Nott
This is a role that will challenge, motivate, and grow your career.
Your skills…
- You will have similar experience as CDP at a minimum - ideally in a pub setting
- You will be a natural leader to the team, and a solid lieutenant to our Head Chef
- You will be adaptable, organised, and professional with an eye for detail.
- You will have broad cooking skills - from grill to pizza - and nearly everything in between
- Working in an open kitchen, you will be well presented as well as cool, calm, and collected
