Senior CDP - North Street Store

We are seeking a talented Senior Chef De Partie to join our team and showcase their skills in our bustling kitchen at North Street Store in Cottesloe.

From the people that started the cinnamon scroll craze in Perth, we also serve our community their morning coffee, burgers, pies, salads, rolls, baked treats including our wide range of fresh breads. North Street Store is your go-to neighbourhood corner store for delicious and wholesome food that the entire family will adore.

To be our new Senior Chef De Partie you'll have proven experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, great communication and enjoy a collaborative approach. You will also have a passion for utilizing the best seasonal produce locally sourced from small farms and producers to deliver nourishing products to our customers.  

About the role 

·       Managing the face-paced short order section 

·       Assisting the Head Chef with weekly orders, preparation, staffing, stock control and health and safety 

·       Co-ordinating and fulfilling catering orders 

·       Co-create exciting and healthy menu items that will continue to grow our delicious dinner offering 

·       Drive customer satisfaction through delivering exceptional food to North Street Store's customers. 

About you 

·       Full chef qualifications 

·       At least two-years experience as a Senior Chef De Partie / similar leadership role 

·       Fast food experience would be ideal, but not necessary 

·       High level of maturity (even if you're not that old) 

·       Amazing organisational skills and a calm, cool head 

·       Good communication and team-focused attitude 

·       Thrives in faced paced environments 

·       Ability to work collaboratively within a team and/or autonomously.

·       Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
