As we expand our operations, we are actively seeking a Senior Change Analyst to amplify our team's success and contribute to our clients' accomplishments.
In this role you will be joining a high performing team to work on large and strategic infrastructure and applications projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand change impacts and confirm the type of organisational change needed
- Develop and analyse training needs analysis to assist in the development and coordination of training programs
- Analyse data to determine target stakeholder groups impacted by change program
- Support project delivery, internal engagement and communications
- Planning and tracking of change activities to schedule and monitoring deadlines
- Maintain a strong connection between the business and the project team
Key Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a Change role
- Previous experience working on technology projects
- Previous experience working in an enterprise environment
- Strong background in managing the delivery of project communication
- Change and/or Comms Certs are an asset
- Proficiency with Office 365 and SharePoint
