PM-Partners is currently seeking a Senior Change and Communications Manager for this 12 month, fixed term position to assist and oversee all Change & Communication related activities supporting our Insurance industry client as they navigate and adapt to meet new APRA regulations.
Fixed Term Salary Package (including super): $160K - $180K
Location: North Sydney office, onsite 3 days with 2 days WFH flexibility
Duration: 12 months, fixed term
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Change Business Process (As Is, To Be)
- Change & Adoption Strategies
- Business Readiness Checklist
- Executive communications support
- Status Reports
- Training Materials
- Handover Packages
- Identify and manage change-related risks and issues, escalating where required
- Define and manage the schedule of stakeholder engagement, including involvement of the business throughout the project lifecycle to input into requirements gathering, design, testing, etc.
- Manage and maintain overall change plan and provide input into project status reporting
In addition to your 5+ years Senior Change and Communications Management experience, you will also demonstrate your strengths and experience in:
- Proven experience in conducting impact assessments to identify areas of change to be addressed
- Experience in preparation of Change and adoption strategy, and communication plans
- Practical experience in working with change management tools and methodologies
- Experience preparing written reports and process maps and to propose business solution
- Experience in organisational change readiness assessment and stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience facilitating workshops or sessions with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Experience delivering change in highly regulated environments
- Knowledge and experience in the insurance industry (highly desirable)
- Qualifications / Certifications in Change and Training
- Good understanding of eLearning, digital media and learning management system application
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
