You will play a pivotal role in a 360-degree project, leading a complex brand and marketing transformation that impacts 13,000 internal employees across 27 countries and thousands of customers worldwide.The project consists of brand strategy development and testing, the creation of new brand messaging, the creation of an evolved brand identity, the development and embedding of a new approach to global-local brand management, and of course a large scale internal and external changeover of old-to-new assets and touchpoints, a re-design of our websites and intranet, a comprehensive communications plan and employee deployment and education.Your new roleIn this role you will:Together with the Group Brand Project Team develop and execute a comprehensive end-to-end change management strategy and plan for this very complex, fast-paced, high-profile project.Conduct a thorough impact assessment to identify potential challenges and opportunities arising from the internal and external changes - considering people, process, system and financial impacts; develop appropriate strategies to address the impactsOrchestrate a system where different workstreams (and workstream teams) are well coordinated and pulled together into an overarching plan and execution schedule – tracking and managing any risks and dependencies.Help to manage working groups and the project steering committee, including the preparation of relevant documents and presentations.Implement meeting schedules and a communication and engagement plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process.Drive ownership of change through influence, relationship building and negotiation skillsPlease note that for the successful candidate, this process will include a phone screen with our Talent Acquisition team, 2/3 interviews (either face to face or online via Teams) and background checks’.About youWe are seeking a highly motivated professional with significant experience leading large-scale change initiatives. We are looking for someone with real ‘get up and go’ and a can-do attitude who can help bring project management, change and implementation excellence and ensure the project is implemented with success.You will be an excellent and clear communicator and possess a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups including a myriad of internal teams, external agencies and a project steering committee.
