The Role - Senior Chef De Partie
The Senior Chef De Partie role would enable the successful candidate the opportunity to help lead the team at Luciano's on the Marina. You would work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to assist in the development of the menu plus learn the skills to organise and control all KPI's, from a financial prospective to providing a positive culture within the kitchen. You will need to be a team player, great communicator and motivated are key elements to being successful for the role offered.
About You
Our ideal candidate is an experienced, motivated and passionate individual, who can remain cool under pressure. Good understanding of Italian cuisine, passionate about delivering creative menus executed with discipline and care.
Strong time management with exacting standard for timeliness, efficiency and productivity is a must.
Skills and experience
- A minimum 2 years experience in similar environment
- Creativity and passion for the industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekend's and public holidays
