We are searching for full-time, motivated, energetic, and passionate Senior Chefs and kitchen leaders to join our fast-paced and professional kitchen brigade that operates across three leading restaurants.
Il Lido Italian Canteen is located on picture-perfect Cottesloe beach and comprises a highly regarded Italian canteen and wine bar, as well as a super busy espresso bar.
Nolita Trattoria is on beautiful Bay View Terrace in the heart of Claremont, fully accessible by public transport, trading for lunch and dinner six days per week with a need for front of house professionals who are eager to contribute to the growth and expansion of this popular local restaurant.

These are very senior chef roles and we need team leaders with excellent people management and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a real eagerness to contribute to the development and progression of our wider food business. You'll be creative and have a serious passion for quality, seasonal produce, and market-leading food.
We have various availabilities across our kitchen operations including Chef de Partie, Sous Chef (Junior and Senior) and Head Chef roles.
You will need to have the relevant industry licenses and trade certificates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
These positions are open to suitably qualified chefs with a Valid Australian Work Visa or those who have a Permanent Residency status for Australia.
