Key responsibilities:
- Manage project design delivery within specified timeframes and budgets.
- Lead design and project management for urban land development projects, from concept to construction phase.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety in design practices.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Minimum 10 years’ design experience.
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Background in land development, including residential, commercial, and industrial subdivisions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12d, DRAINS, MUSIC, MS Project, and MS Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with emphasis on report writing.
- Excellent knowledge of SEQ market, Australian Standards, and Council design standards
- Understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards
