Senior Civil Drafter

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Civil Drafter to join our clients team. As a leading engineering consultancy firm, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional civil/structural engineering solutions.Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant local experience in an engineering consultancy
• Strong background in the preparation of drawings for civil engineering design documentation, including sketches, plans, and design bases for road, drainage, and various structures
• Experience in managing the delivery of project documentation, meeting client deadlines and expectations
• Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team that includes engineers, designers, and drafting team members
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical staff members
• Willingness to take directions and work collaboratively across the civil department

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and comprehensive civil engineering design documentation using industry-standard software
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other drafters to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects
• Prepare sketches, plans, and design bases for road, drainage, and various structures
• Oversee the delivery of project documentation, ensuring it meets client deadlines and expectations
• Work effectively with technical and non-technical staff to achieve project goals
• Assist in the training and mentorship of junior drafters, providing guidance and support as needed
