A key focus is on providing ongoing file maintenance and administrative support to Quality Assurance Managers, Specialists and Consultants as well as supporting the overall Quality Assurance process.
In addition to this the Senior Claims Quality Assurance Officer will support the QA team with the aggregation of results, trend analysis and reporting of findings to claims management.
