Expanding over three locations across Brisbane, we're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on professional who shares our passion for off-road exploration to join our Moorooka office.
About the Role
As our Senior Client Relations Specialist, you'll serve as the frontline ambassador for Bruder owners, addressing their service, warranty, and technical needs. Your role involves leading a dedicated workshop and support team to ensure seamless operations, prioritise customer satisfaction, and uphold our brand's sterling reputation. Key to success in this position are adept leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for multitasking under pressure.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you'll oversee various responsibilities including managing service inquiries, supervising staff, scheduling appointments, handling invoicing, and maintaining inventory. Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Management of the Service inbox, phone, and various other means of contact
- Supervision of workshop and support staff
- Set tasks for the team, manage accountability and ensure completion
- Schedule service appointments & technical for clients
- Accounting related functions
- Raising Purchase Order requests to the Procurement team
- Monitor stock ordered and report on outstanding stock
- Assist with Dealership enquiries and reporting
- Auditing of workshop documents to ensure compliance
- Administrative assistance to other teams as required
- Live Update of CRM
- Achievement of key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Note: Some out of hours calls will be required (scheduled and shared amongst the team to minimise as much as possible)

- Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred, but not mandatory.
