Senior Client Service Manager

The Position

Reporting directly to the Directors, this opportunity has been developed for a forward thinking, go-getter with a client centric and proactive mindset. Working alongside two other Senior Client Service Managers and assisted by an offshore administration team, this role supports the advisers in ensuring the implementation of advice and ongoing administration of client’s financial strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Advisers in the timely preparation of SOA’s and ROA’s and  their implementation. This may also include review documents and product applications.
• Onboarding of new clients and ongoing administration to support existing clients.
• Liaising with external product and service providers.
• Ensuring that documents and processes are in-line with required compliance standards

  
This role also provides the opportunity to work on projects, with the objective of ongoing refinement and improvement of business processes.
  
Your skills and experience

This role will suit someone who has had previous experience working in a Client Service / administration role.
You will also display the following attributes:

• Over three years relevant industry experience
• DFP qualifications (desirable)
• Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
• Proficiency across MS Office
• A self-starter, self-managed, pro-active and driven

You may have existing experience in a similar role or a practice / office manager or have worked in a corporate environment in either Client Service or administration within the financial planning or financial services industry.  Key is your passion for supporting  clients achieve their financial goals.
