You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative function and supporting the senior adviser.
The Role:
- Timely and accurate implementation of all advice documents
- Data entry into XPLAN ensuring client records are up to date
- Manage planner's diary, book appointments and preparing for meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with fund managers and life companies
- Develop and maintain client relationships ensuring client queries are answered
- Processing new client packs including conducting analysis on client’s superannuation/investments
- Detailed understanding of client portfolio to deliver a detailed response
- Prepare all advice documents including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices and relevant paperwork
- Complete adhoc tasks and work on best practice strategies
- Must have minimum 2+ years experience in the Financial Planning Industry
- Experience with Financial Planning software
- Office/practice management experience is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to grow
