What is the main function of this role?

- Be the single point of contact, building trust and exceeding expectations for an exceptional client experience.

- Orchestrate seamless teamwork between our client and Altera’s teams, guaranteeing alignment and goal achievement.

- Deliver clear, concise updates through targeted reporting and executive dashboards, fueling strategic planning.

- Oversee and expertly coordinate the complex Altera services.

Other key elements to this role;
- Identify and execute optimization opportunities, best practices, and educational initiatives for maximized value.
- Be the bridge between clients and Voice of Customer programs, with a key focus on driving continuous improvement.
- Cultivate reference accounts, turning client achievements into powerful testimonials.
- Actively participate in QBRs, providing consultative insights that fuel client growth.
- Offer support in resolving financial and contractual matters, ensuring win-win solutions.
- Drive prioritization and swift resolution of escalated issues.
Role Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or similar level experience.
- Experience in a similar healthcare environment would be desirable.
- This position will work well for a self-starter and someone interested in progressing within a client facing position.
