- Salary: ASO3 - $66,590 - $70,968(p.a.)+ Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits
- Various Adelaide Metropolitan sites.
- Full Time, Contracted Role up to 12 months (with possibility of extension/permanency)
- The incumbent is required to work across Integrated Care sites/services (located across Adelaide CBD and inner metropolitan suburbs) on a 5 day roster

The position is responsible for:
- Supervising clerical staff to deliver an effective and efficient patient administration service to a diverse client group. Key team duties include: scheduling patients, patient records management, Medicare billing, facilities management, vehicle fleet management, interpreter and transport bookings etc
- Contributing expertise to resolve issues within the day-to-day environment
- Providing direction and support to Clinical Administration staff in a manner which promotes ongoing learning, teamwork and a productive culture
- Utilising sound knowledge, judgment and organisational skills to contribute to or interpret administrative matters for which there are not always clearly established practices or procedures
- Supporting change initiatives to improve clinical systems, processes and policies
