Grace Loves Lace is an industry leader in modern bridal, specialising in effortless, luxurious and timelessly sophisticated wedding gowns and shipping to over 80 countries worldwide.
Our Dispatch department is a crucial area of our business as it is the final check prior to our brides-to-be and customers receiving their order. A high attention to detail in all aspects of the role will be required. Join our dedicated team as Full Time Dispatch Assistant based from our Burleigh Heads Production Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and Pack orders for dispatch following the Dispatch Quality Guide
- Gift wrapping ensuring all gowns are well presented
- Quality Control as a final check before gowns and accessories and dispatched
- Create export courier labels
- Administration and data entry
- Prepare and produce consignments with local and international courier companies
- Update customer files with all the relevant documents for that job including parcel tracking details
- Assist with stock counts and sample sales
- Assist with customer returns; create return labels, emailing customers, unboxing and processing within NetSuite
- Assist with pick, pack, ship and emailing of showroom and marketing samples
- Complete post office or Head Office run and collect and distribute all postage for the business
- Assist with email replies within the department email inbox
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Required Experience:
- Current Australian driving license
- Exceptional product knowledge
- Demonstrates effective time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required
- Ability to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
