The Aboriginal MHDA Clinical Leader will provide Clinical Leadership and co-ordination of Aboriginal Mental Health Trainees undertaking the BSc Health Science (Mental Health) Charles Sturt 'Djirruwang' Program as well as provide increased support for the clinical Aboriginal workforce and broader MHDA workforce across the Orange and Region Hub.
The Clinical Leader will have a role in developing and providing cultural capability and education to the broader MHDA workforce which will be aimed at enhancing the cultural safety of the service and improving the Mental Health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people accessing services across Orange and surrounding regions.
