The successful incumbent will be providing clinical leadership within the Lithgow Community Mental Health Team. - Demonstrated skills in mental health and discipline specific assessments and interventions and experience working with people with mental illness.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team across services and settings including skills and experience in clinical support planning and Integrated Care coordination.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage a complex caseload with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate meaningfully with consumers and carers with a commitment and understanding of recovery principles in mental health service provision
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills and effective time management skills
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
