Our multidisciplinary health professionals and case managers take a collaborative approach to mental health care by linking with their patients to work together and consult within an environment appropriate to the person's needs.The Senior Clinician - Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 will aim to provide front line mental health services to the Lithgow Community with advanced scope of practice to support Integrated Care coordination. The successful incumbent will be providing clinical leadership within the Lithgow Community Mental Health Team.   • Demonstrated skills in mental health and discipline specific assessments and interventions and experience working with people with mental illness.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team across services and settings including skills and experience in clinical support planning and Integrated Care coordination.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage a complex caseload with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate meaningfully with consumers and carers with a commitment and understanding of recovery principles in mental health service provision
  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills and effective time management skills
  • Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
