The role
You will be part of a clinical team, with the support and guidance from the Care Services Manager, you will oversee the day to day provision of clinical care including the oversight and education of staff to ensure that all customer care, assessment and documentation requirements are met and that quality care services are provided to meet the daily needs of residents.
Who we are looking for
- A team player, professional, friendly and can work a regular roster within our village
- Current AHPRA registration as a senior Registered Nurse (experience in aged care highly regarded)
- Have demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge
- Have knowledge of all relevant legislation in aged care
- Have learning and development experience including undertaking staff competency assessments
- Resourceful, respectful, passionate and have a willingness to share knowledge and experiences within your team
- Strive for excellence in care and service for our people
