The Lift Lab is currently looking for a Full-time Senior Coach to join our team at our Perth facility.
This position will report to the Managing Directors and is responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the facility. You will provide world class service, results focused personal training and rehabilitation to our clients, while simultaneously supporting and providing on the job training and development to our junior coaches.

What will your typical day look like?
- Supervising the facility including instruction to junior trainers on correct exercise techniques and equipment use.
- Managing junior staff to ensure adherence of policies and procedures.
- Provides high quality customer service through the assessment, development and delivery of individual fitness programs.
- Helps provide and maintain a safe and clean work environment for both staff and members.
- Handling nutrition, health and rehabilitation related questions.
- Promoting the facility in a creative and attractive manner.
- Drive membership growth and retention.
- Inspire and promote an energetic environment for staff and members.
- Interacting with clients on a regular basis and engaging with them on a first name basis.
- Carries out general administrative responsibilities in the Facility, as required.
About You
You would be perfect for the role if you have:
- Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma of Fitness, Bachelor of Exercise Sports Science or related qualification is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry is essential.
- Successful completion of a Strength Systems Course, Rehabilitation Course, Nutrition Course (Precision Nutrition & AIPT Diploma of Nutrition) is desirable.
