Based in Warragul situate in West Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Senior Clinician (Aged Person Specialist) to join our Warragul Community Mental Health team on a full time, ongoing basis.
Warragul Community Health, situated in the heart of Warragul in beautiful West Gippsland, provides support to mental health clients and their families in treatment and recovery. Reporting to the Site and Operations Manager, the Senior Community Mental Health Clinician 26+ (Aged Specialist) will play an important role in delivery of mental health services to our client group.
The Senior Mental Health Clinician provides leadership, direction and support to the multi-disciplinary team staff undertaking the specialist mental health care role. They are expected to undertake a full range of clinical duties, including the provision of recovery orientated care, comprehensive assessments, care coordination, evidenced-based treatments

We are looking for candidates with:
- Registered Nurse Division 1 (with formal post qualification in Mental Health Nursing) OR
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current APHRA registration, OR
- Appropriate post graduate qualification in Psychology and current APHRA registration, OR
- Degree or Diploma in Social Work and eligibility acceptable to AASW
- 3 Years post qualification experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
