Lead and influence projects across various sectors, focusing on Occupational Hygiene, hazardous materials management, and environmental health and safety risks.Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of innovative and sustainable solutions in Occupational Hygiene and hazardous materials management, driving excellence within the team.
• Lead the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring comprehensive assessment and management of occupational and environmental health risks.
• Take a central role in developing high-level technical and strategic advice for clients, ensuring compliance and safety standards across all project phases.
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, driving project delivery and business development strategies.
• Oversee technical project delivery, ensuring the effective management of Occupational Hygiene and HazMat risks and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
• Assume a leadership role in project management, focusing on achieving desired outcomes for key clients and securing repeat business through exceptional service.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared responsibilities.
• Demonstrate leadership, decision-making, and mentoring skills to support the development of team members across all levels.
• Establish and maintain a track record and reputation of achievement, particularly in delivering comprehensive Occupational Hygiene and HazMat solutions through all project phases.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Possess a master's degree or equivalent in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation and specialization.
• Hold relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Occupational Hygienist (COH) or equivalent, ensuring compliance with industry standards and practices.
• Bring extensive experience in Occupational Hygiene and hazardous materials management, including a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Showcase comprehensive expertise in assessing and managing occupational health and safety risks, with proficiency in developing and implementing strategic solutions.
• Exhibit a strong project management background with a history of successfully leading projects and multidisciplinary teams.
