The opportunity:
As the Senior Consultant - Signalling Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing Signalling Engineering projects, providing expert technical advice, project management, and strategic guidance to drive operational excellence and ensure the safety and reliability of rail networks.
The role is based at either of our Perth CBD location, and we also welcome a hybrid flexible working model.
- Provide expert technical advice and guidance on complex Signalling Engineering projects.
- Lead and manage signalling projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in signalling projects and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support to junior engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years experience in railway Signalling Engineering, including design, implementation, and maintenance of signalling systems.
- Extensive knowledge of signalling principles, systems, and technologies, including ETCS, CBTC, interlocking systems, and train control systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex signalling projects from conception to completion.
