This national builder delivers over $1 Billion of projects across Australia, annually, and deliver projects here in Melbourne from $5M through to $100M across Industrial, Health, Education and Institutional projects.
They have a range of project experiences and you could work on any number of types of build from hotels and student accommodation, through to commercial buildings, hospitals, schools or sports/aquatic centres.
Highly regarded as an employer of choice, and a culture of high performance, they are now looking to grow a project team and within that, a highly capable Senior Contract Administrator.
The position
Reporting in to the Commercial Manager and supporting a team of intermediate and junior-level Contract Administrators across multiple projects, you will be expected to deliver the full range of Contract Administration duties, on projects from start to completion. Duties include:
- Vetting and letting of contract packages
- Negotiating with Sub-contracts
- Writing scopes of works
- Administering variations and progress claims
- Project cost reporting and financial management

- Must be a seasoned professional who can support, mentor and train junior CA's
