- $40m commercial/industrial project commencing soon with a program until the end of 2025 - seeking an accomplished CA to administer this project.
- Intermediate to Senior CA who is seeking a career based role. Strong head contract and subcontract expertise required
- You will be joining an medium sized team, supported by a CA/PC, working alongside an accomplished PM, with dedicated SE/PE resources on the project.
- Cheops experience beneficial, central office location.
- Project is based outer metropolitan Melbourne - when visiting site they do offer accommodation overnight if desired.
- Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
- Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
- Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
- Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administer RFI's to architects, consultants and clients
- Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
- Exceptional management team that mentor and develop their staff
- Travel allowance and/or accommodation provided for site visits
- Salary package up to $180k available
