About the CentreRecWest Footscray is a Recreation Centre located between Barrett Reserve and Shorten Reserve in Footscray, Melbourne. Running a variety of fun fitness programs to suit both adults and children: from the gym, group fitness classes and personal training to junior basketball, catering for people with all abilities. About the role As the Senior Centre Coordinator at RecWest Footscray, you will work closely with the centre leadership team, demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities and a high level of integrity and commitment to your team members and the local community. The Senior Centre Coordinator will act as the second in command of the centre while managing the Health Club, operations and customer service teams to ensure that the delivery of the programs and services meet agreed standards. They will lead, inspire, and motivate teams through clear and achievable team goals and ensure high standards of implementation of Policies and Procedures. This is a permanent full time position with a salary of $72,611 plus super.
