About the RoleWe're seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to join a dynamic EPCM team on a Renewables project. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the project's financial success and efficiency.Role Responsibilities:
Prepare project progress curves using schedule and resource data.
Establish man-hour and cost budgets based on services estimate.
Monitor and record expended man-hours, applying contract rates to determine project costs.
Input and analyse project cost data.
Develop capital cost budget aligned with project WBS.
Allocate budget to purchase orders and contracts, tracking committed, actual, and forecast costs.
Utilise earned value performance metrics to analyse and report project performance.
Key Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Cost Controller in the resources or EPCM sector.
Proficiency with cost control software and financial management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
