- Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan to the Client
- Inputting into value engineering
- Manage project profitability
- Externalise within the local property market to raise company profile
- Assist with bid writing and negotiation of our contracts
- Work independently and take responsibility for deliverables.
- Being responsible for project deliverables and ensuring governance is followed.
- Producing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
- Managing Assistant Cost Managers and Cost Managers within the Occupier team.
