Job Description- Manage project profitability
- Externalise within the local property market to raise company profile and generate new leads
- Assist with bid writing and negotiation of our contracts
- Integrate with the cost management teams in South Australiaand provide support when required.
- Work independently and take responsibility for deliverables
- Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
- Preferable RICS and AIQS accredited.
- Sound experience in cost planning in Healthcare, Education and Commercial projects.
- Defence experience and baseline security clearance is a plus
