Job DescriptionSenior MEP
Cost Manager undertaking pre and post contract client facing duties for our Real Estate and Infrastructure projects typically both in T&T office and in a client offices. Experience with MEP cost planning, estimating for major utilities, building services, cost reporting, procurement, contract and commercial management.

- Post-contract cost management experience
- Tender analysis experience
- Procurement and contract advisory experience
- Commercial reporting experience
- Variation assessment experience
- Team training and best practice
Qualifications- RICS, AIQS with Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or MEP Engineering degree
