Role
As Senior Cost Planner, you’ll be an important contributor in ensuring Lendlease has direct and detailed knowledge of the supply and place costs across our delivery capex, whilst contributing to the development strategy and driving the production of conceptual & detailed cost plans, estimates and value engineering on a range of varied major projects; controlling project costs during the concept design, design development phase, through construction cost reporting to a final cost analysis.
Requirements
Experienced Cost Planner/Quantity Surveyor, with over 7 years of experience within the industry
Ideally been exposed to a range of major building projects across residential, health, defence, government, commercial or mixed development sectors within a leading construction/building business;
Understanding and experience taking project from concept through to completion.
Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
