Our sports focused Federal Government Client is looking for a D365 Developer to lead the design, development, and customisation of Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements, including architect and develop cloud-native applications leveraging platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. As well as maintain comprehensive documentation of application architectures, designs, and development processes.
You will also design and implement seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems and cloud services; continuously optimise existing Dynamics 365 solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure technology solutions align with organisational goals.
You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices and efficient development methodologies.
The successful candidate must have:
1. Proven experience in Dynamics 365 development and customisation.
2. Extensive hands-on experience with cloud application development using platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Highly desirable:
1. Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, JavaScript, TypeScript, GraphQL and Next.js
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
3. Strong knowledge of database design and SQL.
4. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
5. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, Azure Developer).
6. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 and cloud application development.
