Senior D365 Developer

On behalf of a large QLD Government Department, Aspirante are currently recruiting for 6 x Senior MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developers to work on a large multi-year D365 systems reform program that will have a meaningful impact in the community. The program is client-centric, data driven and will enable collaboration through information sharing between government departments. As a Senior D365 CRM Developer on the program, you will play a critical role in the deployment, support, development and maintenance of Dynamics CRM solutions and all associated products, including custom workflows, plug-ins and various integrations. Your role will include: -

• Work with Program Development Manager to contribute to the team's high-quality results through sharing technical knowledge, expertise and looking for opportunities for improvements
• Participate in the development activities of a small team to meet project deliverables
• Participate in the build and release activities for the product/project.
• Collaborate with other development teams and the Program Development Manager to identify dependencies and assist scheduling them.
• Apply and adhere to the agreed standards and processes to maintain consistency and quality of delivered solutions
• Work closely with the testers and Project staff to ensure DevOps items are being managed to meet timeframes, timely development sprints are achieved, and defects are resolved.
• Develop quality, fit-for-purpose applications and services including custom workflows, plug-ins and various integrations
• Work in an agile methodology operating environment to develop Dynamics 365 based solutions including deployment and monitoring

  
To be successful you should have experience in both Dynamics and non-Dynamics based solutions with the ability to apply general development best practices to Dynamics 365 low code development platform. Your experience will include significant experience in a Senior D365 Developer role including: -

• Working with business analysts, product owners to translate the requirements to functional and technical designs
• Building and updating Entity Models for the Dynamics 365 solutions
• Participating in sprint user story grooming and prioritisation discussions
• Creating and updating technical design documents.
• Demonstrated experience with implementing Application Life Cycle Management in Dynamics 365 Build and release process.
• Demonstrated experience in building modular solutions using managed solutions.
• Experience working with GIT and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in both Dynamics and non-Dynamics based solutions with the ability to apply general development best practices to Dynamics 365 low code development platform.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) modules and best practices including solution life-cycle (e.g. creation, updating, dependencies, etc)
• Experience in Angular 6+, C#, HTML, CSS and Web API’s. 

In addition,  any experience in the following would be beneficial: - Dynamics 365 Workflows, Cloud Flows, Power Automate, Plug-Ins, Client Side, Power BI, Power Apps Portal and Microsoft Azure cloud-based services (e.g. directory service, service bus, web services, DevOps pipelines, etc) , Unified Client Interface (Canvas) apps in Dynamics CRM.
