Your team

You’re part of the Digital department. You play a senior role, guiding and developing in a group of Front End Developers focused on the constant evolution, performance optimisation and enhancement of the customer experience on our website.

Your impact and contribution

You are responsible for building, optimising and developing best-practice, user-centred experiences across our client’s customer facing web channels. You support the delivery of all digital projects, marketing campaigns, new products and business -critical activities across the client’s website, whilst ensuring digital sales objectives, strategic business goals, digital brand alignment and best practice web & user experience principles are met. You will be required to develop and implement website tests as your primary function, but will also lead and instruct on best practices in building campaign landing pages, product pages, CMS modules and widgets, animations, custom forms and eDMs.

Your experience

• 5+ years’ experience as a Front End Web Developer
• Coaching, mentoring or leading others
• HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery and modern frameworks (eg React, Vue)
• Experience with API integration
• Familiar with UX principles & SEO requirements
• Experience across any/all of the following CMSs: Squiz/Adobe/Sitecore CMS
• Automation testing experience highly desirable
• Preferably Experienced in the financial services industry or at least a base level understanding of how financial products work
• Experienced in optimisation tools such as Adobe Target
• Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools
• Experienced in mobile-first development
