Senior D365 F&O Supply Chain Consultant

Working for a large organisation means large, lengthy projects that will keep you engaged and offer you incredible growth. We have one such project coming up and are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead the team. We'd expect you to know your Asset Management from your Inventory Management and have sufficient experience with Supply Chain management to be able to advise clients on giving their systems the backbone they need.

Using the latest in business applications, you'll be an integral member of a highly experienced team working closely with our customers and the Microsoft team. Your primary objective will be to help clients improve their Supply Chain operations increase efficiency and reduce costs.

You’ll make an impact through:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their Supply Chain management processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide expertise in Supply Chain planning inventory management procurement and logistics
  • Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 system to meet client requirements
  • Participate in pre-sales activities including proposal development and client presentations
Let’s talk about your capability and experience:
  • 5+ years of consulting and solution-delivery experience
  • You can plan and lead tasks for a team; managing backlog, blockers, dependencies and scope
  • Are accountable for estimates to complete and risks alongside the responsible Project Manager or Architect.
  • Plan workshops for specialist areas, leading all if required, or identifying safe options for less experienced team members to step up
  • Have gained experience in building sprint or project plans, documenting assumptions and dependencies
  • Are comfortable or highly proficient in leading end-to-end, on a medium project, or stream of large project engagement.
  • Expert knowledge of D365 for Supply Chain modules with the demonstrable capability of leading complex projects and internal delivery initiatives
  • We would expect you to have experience in at least 4 of the following (but the more the better) - Supply Chain planning, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing and shop floor management, order management and pricing, warehouse management and fulfilment, and asset management and maintenance
  • You actively plan and lead tasks for a team; managing backlog, blockers, dependencies and scope
  • You set standards for documentation and understand client expectations.
  • You research industry trends and understand the challenges faced by your clients
