We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our client's transport operation in Brooklyn, 3012. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $70,000 plus Super.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer operations
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of materials handling and warehousing in the transport industry
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate data entry for efficient record-keeping
- Transmit Proof of Delivery (POD) and weighbridge information promptly
- Manage invoicing processes
- Conduct regular stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, meeting their daily service requirements and KPIs
- Assist with site audits to uphold operational standards
