- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Microsoft SQL Server, employing T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Implement efficient ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and Synapse to handle data extraction, transformation, and loading seamlessly.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate data from multiple sources into centralized data repositories.
- Ensure peak database performance, troubleshoot issues, and uphold data integrity and security standards.
- Utilize Azure Blob Storage effectively for streamlined data storage and retrieval.
- Harness the power of Azure DevOps for version control, continuous integration, and deployment of data solutions.
- Create compelling data visualizations and reports using Power BI, leveraging DAX and Power Query.
- Bachelorâs degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong command of Microsoft Full Stack technologies.
- Experience working with Accounting & Finance systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and adeptness in database development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Blob Storage.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for efficient management of data projects and deployments.
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation purposes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Bonus skills in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query for enhanced data visualization and analytics.
- Hybrid working - 2/3 days on site
