Job Profile
Reporting to the Senior Manager Corporate Planning and Reporting, the Senior Data Reporting Analyst develops reports and visualisations in dashboards using Microsoft Power BI that meet business requirements, are intuitive to understand and offer insightful analysis of data. The position has the following key areas of focus:
- Data visualisation and report development – develops accurate, timely, insightful and visually impactful reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI incorporating data from multiple sources
- Investigation and analysis – critically analyses BI reports to identify anomalies, exceptions or opportunities for improvement. Using these insights helps to develop strategies to improve business processes and data integrity
- Stakeholder Relationships – builds and maintains strong business relationships. Effectively uses these relationships to gather data requirements and deliver effective BI reports and dashboards across Lotterywest and Healthway
Mandatory / special role requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience using Microsoft Power BI in developing reporting solutions, data analysis or providing BI solutions
• Police Clearance
