The role:
We are looking for a motivated, results-orientated external sales to join our team in Welshpool, WA. Reporting to the WA Sales Manager, you will generate and increase sales by identifying new business opportunities and develop & maintain current relationships.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a sales and customer service motivated to meet sales goals and have the communication skills to be able to grow and establish the Company’s reputation with new and existing customers.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Strong interest in Hydraulics/Engineering
- Proven experience in the Transport, Mining and Mobile sectors
- Relevant experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused and a team player.
- Competitive mindset coupled with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Willing to travel to visit customers.
- Develop new business and grow market share in Perth and WA region | Maximise revenue potential
What we are looking for from you:
Qualifications/education requirements:
- Min 3-5+ years’ experience within a technical hydraulic sales environment (Transport, Mining and or Industrial Hydraulics) to all sectors.
- Relevant trade and technical qualifications preferably in Hydraulics
- Industry training accreditations (preferable).
Essential skills:
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- Background of hydraulic sales.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience of Pronto would be desirable.
