Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve our proprietary Delphi application.
- Liaise with team members to identify and resolve software defects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on new features and write user requirements documentation.
- Write clean code or refactor existing code following coding standards.
- Manage current technology stack and conducting feasibility studies for upgraded software systems.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Delphi development.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Good troubleshooting skills to find and solve defects.
- Knowledge of system frameworks including .NET and GitHub.
- Experience creating and maintaining databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science.
Big Plus
- Experience with .Net/C# development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of collaboration tools like SVN, GitHub, Teams, and Jira.
- Experience working with Agile development technologies.
- Finance background (ideally in accounting, banking or lending).
