About the Opportunity:
Due to sustained growth our client are seeking an experienced, design focused Architect to join their expert team.
This is an opportunity to work alongside some of the best visionists and creatives in the industry.
This role would suit an experienced Architect with a proven design flare looking to continue their professional development. For the right individual, this is an opportunity to step into a Practice Lead role.
Role Responsibilities
- Full-time, studio-based role with some flexible arrangement / hybrid working availability
- Collaborate within the office and with external partners, clients, and consultants and successfully deliver the project’s expected outcomes
- Lead teams in the design, documentation, and delivery of a wide variety of projects
- Be comfortable working independently, within and leading teams
- Effective mentor able to create a culture of empowerment and enthusiasm with other staff
- Passion for all things design and architecture
- Bespoke residential design experience
- Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Strong technical capabilities and ArchiCAD skills (desired)
- Leadership skills: passionate about motivating others, organised, action-oriented, exceptional communication skills
