The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in brand, packaging, campaign, digital marketing, typography, print production and brand development, ideally working across B2B clients.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the ideation and execution of creative projects to maintain and evolve the brand identity across packaging and brand design, marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, and print collateral.Collaborate with marketing and key stakeholders to understand brand objectives and translate them into visually compelling designs.Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.Create engaging designs for digital assets including websites, social media, and email campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and branding to continuously innovate and improve the brand's visual presence.Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Work closely with external vendors and agencies as needed to execute design projects.QualificationsYou love the opportunity to innovate, have impact and take the urgency and ambiguity in your stride that often come with working for a company on a mission to drive change, and to scale, at a pace.In addition to these foundations, you will have:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.5+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on branding, packaging design, B2B digital and campaign development, preferably in an agency or start-up environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including experience with social media platforms and email marketing.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and composition.Ability to translate brand and marketing objectives into creative design, campaign concepts and execute them across various channels.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend design concepts.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand, packaging and B2B campaign design projects across digital and print mediums, with a focus on creativity, innovation, and results.Additional InformationYou’ll be joining a highly motivated, agile team where your ideas and work will directly influence the direction and progress of an expanding global company in a hyper-growth phase.
