This role will also provide administrative support to the wider tax team. This position would be ideally suited to a candidate who enjoys a busy and varied day and is seeking a role where they can help drive a positive team culture, whilst contributing to the overall success of the team.Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing Partners inboxes and diaries
- Travel bookings
- Processing expenses, billings, and timesheets
- Co-ordinating internal and external meetings and events
- Generating and formatting documents and reports
- Providing secondary support to the wider team
- General administration duties as required
- Previous experience as a Practice/Personal Assistant in a professional environment
- Ability to build rapport and liaise with external executives and peers
- High level organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and compliance with policy and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative and problem-solving ability
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office
